Yess Yoga encourages people of all body types and abilities to attend. Our goal is to teach brilliant Pilates and yoga in Minneapolis. Our small local studio is focused on a community atmosphere. Our highly trained and thoughtful teachers will bring her and his unique personality and style to the class. The common thread, each teacher wants to share movement and mindfulness with everyone who enters the studio. Please talk to us before class about what you want or awareness you want to bring into class.
Classes will be a vinyasa flow, unless indicated otherwise. Each class is an hour long. All classes are drop in basis.

What to bring:
Feel free to bring your own wine or beer to enjoy and/or share (and a glass if you’d like something more fancy than plastic cups!). Yess Yoga will be allowing us to use their pillows, blankets, and yoga mats to be more comfortable, but feel free to bring anything that will help you feel supported on the floor during our time together.
Description: This is an invitation to disconnect from the chaos of your daily life and reconnect with your true self. You’ll have the chance to put on the metaphorical table something for which you’d like clarity, guidance, or healing. I will collaborate with each of you, one at a time, delivering the messages I receive. I’ll then move onto the next person. The beauty of this community experience is that the clarity, guidance, and healing that occurs is available to everyone present.

Bring: A hand towel. Journal and pen. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can move and rest easily in. We suggest layers as your body might warm up a we move and cool down when we rest. We will be creating castor oil packs, and it is possible that the oil could get on your clothes a bit, so please keep that in mind when choosing what to wear.
Description: Join Jessa Walters and Lucia Yess on Saturday, October 11th from 7-9 pm for a soulful evening of self care, especially for women. As we shift into Autumn, the season of deepening, it is a welcome time to slow down and offer ourselves extra nurturing and support. Our time together will begin with embodiment through light dance, which will prepare us for a healing castor oil treatment with hot stones. This powerful self care ritual will bring you more fully into your body, soothe your mind and relax your soul. We will end with time to write – draw – reflect to integrate this evening of self care into our wider worlds.
Description: Ever wanted to jump forward or back without a huge thump? Learn from the master himself and find out tricks to get a more fluid practice. This lighthearted and personalized workshop is great for all people.
