Yess Yoga, located in Minneapolis, has brilliant and diverse yoga classes in a community atmosphere. We encourage people of all body types and abilities to attend classes and workshops. Our thoughtful teachers will bring their unique personality and style to every class. The common thread, each teacher wants to share movement and mindfulness with everyone who enters the studio.
Classes that don’t have a description below are going to be a flow or vinyasa class and are directed by the students. In fact we dare to call it “Intuitive Yoga”. Please share your needs. Each class is an hour long. All classes are drop-in basis.

This is an invitation to disconnect from the chaos of your daily life and reconnect with your true self. At this group reading, you’ll be invited to ask Christy about whatever you’d like clarity, guidance, or healing around. She will collaborate with each of you, one at a time, delivering the messages she receives. The beauty of this community experience is that the clarity, guidance, and healing that occurs is available to everyone present.

“I will not teach you my dance because it is perfectly mine and you are already perfectly you. But if you are ready, I will create a safe space for each of us to reconnect with our own inner rhythms.”
This is not a choreographed dance class but rather a guided journey back to an ancient wisdom buried deep within the modern woman. Led by our breath and inspired by the music, we will each unleash the exact dance that we need and desire for this moment in time. And by saying yes to this invitation, we tap into a well of passion and personal power that can support us throughout the days of our lives.
Our theme this month is “Take Root: Staying Grounded In A Chaotic World” and we will be using our sacred movement to reconnect with the earth and ourselves.
Cost: $25/members $30/non-members
When: Saturday, September 26th
Time: 2-3:30 pm
