Cozy Focus- Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra w/ Elisabeth and Michele
Sunday, December 28th | 5-7 pm | $50 or $90/two people
Join Michele and Elisabeth for an opportunity to drop in and reflect as we wrap up 2025. The Winter Solstice in the Northern hemisphere is the darkest day of the year because the Sun is on the tropic of Capricorn in the Southern hemisphere. This year, that falls on December 21st, which is also a New Moon, meaning both the Sun and Moon will be in the sign of Capricorn. Furthermore, Mars will be conjunct the Sun, also in Capricorn. With the Sun, Moon, and Mars in Capricorn, we will be looking for tangible, achievable goals to make use of our emotions in meaningful ways. We have been feeling a lot lately, and so, now the question becomes, “What do I make of these emotions? What are they showing me about myself and my life? What lessons are embedded in these emotions?”

Yoga and Acupuncture: Water Element w/ Tatum
Sunday, January 11th | 7-8:30 pm | $40 or $75/ two people
Chinese Medicine follows a cycle that contains five phases. Similar to seasons in nature and life, each phase evolves into the next on a loop, forever. The Water Phase (or element) is seen in storms, rivers, winter time, dormant trees, hibernating animals, the start of life and the end of it.
During this workshop, licensed acupuncturist and yoga teacher, Tatum Fjerstad, will share the various ways in which this element shows up in our lives and how to provide it with the care it deserves. After this discussion, she will lead you through a yin yoga practice and a long rest, during which you can choose to receive acupuncture in 5 points.
Pre-registration is required. Masks are optional for the discussion and for yoga, but required for acupuncture.
