Yoga Theory and Yoga Nidra w/ Elisabeth and Michele

Friday, Oct. 11th from 4-8 pm & Sat/Sun, Oct. 12-13th | 9-5 pm | $500

Join Michele Anderson and Elisabeth Pletcher for this weekend long training. Michele will explore the first 4 chapters of Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras shedding light on the intellectual framework for yoga, the practical presentation of yoga and the mechanics through which it works. With this knowledge you may come away from this training with a better understanding of Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras, and likely, a deeper curiosity for your own practice, allowing you to teach from a place of improved clarity and confidence.

.
We will also dive deep into the study of Yoga Nidra, practicing together, breaking down the various elements of yoga nidra, and studying the importance of this deeply spiritual practice for ourselves and for our students.  We will work to build the framework for you to develop your own yoga nidra script. This module will be 30 hours of continuing education or can be used towards a 300 RYT.
