Slow down and power up. Balance your solar “ha” (heat) and lunar “tha” (cooling) energetics in this one-of-a-kind class. This class moves at a slower pace, holding postures from between 30 seconds and 2 minutes. Move through a series of standing postures put together to build strength & heat while spending the time needed to refine alignment, as well as learn and engage the efforts required to execute complex and challenging postures. Delve deeper in the latter part of class into flexibility work and time in relaxation. This breath-centered class introduces breathing exercises (pranayama), energetic locks (bandhas) and techniques of meditation and yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
