2018 Reflections

2018 Reflections

What an incredible year it has been. Like all years there are incredible highs and lows. One thing I’ve learned this year is to stay balanced and patient because doing so makes the waves of life feel like a ride and actually fun.

I’ve always been up for adventure (I’m a Sagittarius ♐️ rising) but what I didn’t realize is how much I need the earthly elements of life to help me feel stable to go off and explore.

For me, becoming a mother has been an incredibly earthly step. This year David and I welcomed our second baby, Elliott, to our world. Becoming a mother of two has proven that I have the worlds smallest teachers. I learn daily about myself, our world, and my values. One thing that has always felt true for me is to dive deep into whatever I’m learning. I want to do so by physically being the student and parenthood and yoga are very much a hands on experience, I love this! .

Thank you for also being the learners, givers, movers and resters (that could be a made up word) of our world. I am so proud to be apart of our Mpls yoga community with you. We hope to practice with you soon. Happy New Year!
