I’m in awe. Total and complete awe of everyone at Yess. This community truly knows how to pour back into the world in meaningful ways. Thank you!
This month we have hosted a food drive. We have raised over $200 and have over two huge boxes of food to donate. These actions remind me how much we all recognize the power of being thankful for what we have and being able to respond to the needs of others with care and compassion.
The people who practice, teach and communion at Yess center gratitude. It continues to be a baseline for our involvement in our community and world. Gratitude allows us to stay grounded and focused. It supports our ability to mindfully notice the present moment, including the unjust/challenging, and move from apathy to action. For this next new moon cycle, let’s allow gratitude to bring us back to what our heart cares about most and notice where it is in abundance.
